Green Islamabad

After Lahore we went to Islamabad by bus because we got invited to a Pakistani Wedding, a Mendhi.

Islamabad is incredible green and its right in front of the mountains – beautiful!!! The first day we went to see the famous Faisal Mosque and in the evening it was the Mendhi at the girls house! The girls were dressed up really colourful and sang and dance and afterwards there was a delicious dinner.

The next day Hasan took us up to the mountains where we had a great view over the whole city! In the evening there was the Mendhi at the Guys house and the day after that we went to Murree…a village up towards Kashmir, where apparently every Pakistani goes on Holidays at least once in their lifes…we got a lot of gifts for our dear families and friends there;-)

And of course....SHISHA :-) later that night....
